Production
Besides wholesale trade UE “Freliajseksim” carries out fish processing and conducts direct supplies of fresh and frozen fish of its own production all over domestic market by means of its own specialized refrigerating car transport.
We present fish products as fresh, frozen fish using “shock freezing” technology and the following kinds of cutting from the raw materials on the cold stores:
- HGT-fish trunk (head-off, gutted, tail-off)
- HGT –fish trunk of special cutting/dressing
- fish piece/cut
- fish sets for fish soup
- fish fillets of different degrees of trimming
- fish back
- fish semi-back
- fish loins/steaks
- fish slices/portions
- belly flaps
Packaging: A wide range of retail packages are available according to requirements.
